Board (5 Commissioner and 2 Probate Judge
appointments).
Who do you serve?

Citizens of Trumbull County (at no cost).

Children birth-2 who have a developmental delay.

Children 3-21 who meet the special education
criteria of the Ohio Department of Education.

Adults with a diagnosed disability before the
age of 22 who have at least 3 functional limitations in self
care, language, mobility, self-direction, capacity for
independent living, learning and economic self-sufficiency.
(The sole diagnosis, however, cannot be mental illness).
